Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Villa Virginia has established the following policies in our quest to improve the relationship with our clients

1. RESERVATION:
* All reservations must be made and confirmed either by a fax by e-mail and should include the following information:

· Complete Name(s) of the guest(s) or group if an agency
· Arrival and departure dates
· Number of nights stay
· Type of room(s) required
· Payment method
· Our policy requires booking to be made at least 1 month beforehand.

2. PRE-PAYMENT

Guests & Agencies

The only way to confirm your reservation is to make a deposit of 50% of the total booking price; the difference must be paid on the arrival date. These deposits must be paid into one of our bank accounts below:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We accept payments with Credit Card

Guests will have to make a down payment of 50% of the total amount for Villa Virginia in order to secure the spaces at the hotel. The balance has to be deposited 30 DAYS before the departure time.

  • For any spending within our hotel, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club.

3. CANCELLATIONS:

In order to cancel a booking you will need to follow the following procedures in accordance with our policies:

1.- For bookings made more than 1 months in advance of guests arrival, if cancellation is notified:

* Before 30 days prior to guests arrival, the hotel will reimburse the full deposit made by the client.
* Between 25 days prior to guest’s arrival, the hotel will reimburse the 50% of the deposit made by the client.
* Between 10 days prior to the guest’s arrival, the total deposit of the hotel reservation will be charged.
* Between 5 days prior to guest’s arrival, full payment of the total reservation will be charged.

For the cancellation to take effect, it must be sent to us in writing either by email to fund.origen@gmail.com, Fundacion.origen@yahoo.com, or by fax to (56 2) 8495043

Cancellations are only accepted upon written confirmation.
